A Recent example of an Executive Team Building Workshop December 2006
The workshop was designed to bring the senior staff at a major property and development company together in order for them to gain a better understanding of themselves and each other. The goal at the end of the three day workshop was for all members to emerge with new insights into their behavior and how they can use their knowledge to work as a team. It was an experiential workshop that was interactive and fun, and provided tools so that the participants gained a better understanding of sharing their individual and expert knowledge with each other, thus creating a more productive, happier and highly cohesive workplace environment.
